Corporate Sponsorship
Volunteers will assist in the following areas:

• Soliciting and securing corporate sponsorships
• Soliciting purchase of ad space for dinner program
• Dinner program ad design

Logistics
Volunteers will assist in the following areas:

• General logistics - coordination between various subcommittees
• Hotel logistics
• Room set-up
• Decoration set-up
• Keynote speaker and special guests' needs
• Audio/Visual management
• Dinner "Producer" - manage schedule, speakers, A/V coordination, etc.

Marketing
Volunteers will assist in the following areas:

• Graphic design to help produce program

Event Volunteers
Volunteers will assist in the following areas:

• Assist other committees as needed
• Distribution of flyers and posters announcing the dinner
• Delivering silent auction donations to the hotel

Silent Auction
Volunteers will assist in the following areas:

• Soliciting items for the "not so silent" auction
• "Not so silent" auction set-up the night of the dinner
• Act as runners to notify bid winners the night of the dinner
• Act as cashiers to collect money for silent auction items the night of the dinner
